IPS officer Amithabh Thakur presents cheque to Indian Cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni worth Rs. 1000 along with a letter as a 'thank you' gesticulation for losing in CWC semi-final

Indian Cricket Team has been forcefully condemned in the wake of losing against Australia in the ICC World Cup 2015 semi-last, held at Sydney Cricket ground on March 26. Some individuals even squashed their TV sets after kangaroos beat Indian by 95 runs.

On the other side, IG of Uttar Pradesh, Amitabh Thakur sent a check of Rs. 1000 to Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni as a present at his Ranchi placed home on Friday. He asserts that as India lost the semi-last, individuals won't be occupied with viewing the last match in the between of Australia and New Zealand which thus will save their time. He has additionally composed a letter to Dhoni.

In the letter tended to captain Ms Dhoni, officer Amitabh Thakur kept in touch with, " You are a celebrity and have your grip on other players of the team. Thus, you should appeal people working in government and private sectors to not leave their work for the cricket match as it hampers the development of the country."

He further said "This society is as much yours as it belongs to the cricket fans that populate it. So it is your societal duty to not allow people to suspend government, financial and personal work in order to watch cricket matches."
